How can I place an order?
Call or e-mail me and I will gladly meet with you to place an order.

Can I place an order through e-mail contact only?
Sure, you can give me an idea of what you're looking for, or the theme of your event, and I'll send a proof for you to view and approve. However, it is advised to have a meeting to ensure a clear understanding of what you would like to order.

I can't picture the wrapper design in my head.....can I see a preview?
If you are having trouble deciding on a design or can't picture the wrapper with your personalized information, you can e-mail your information and the design options you like, and I will gladly create the wrapper for you to view before you place an order. I will do this for 3 items only.

What is the process for ordering wrappers?
Once you have decided on the design and wording of the wrapper, we will send you a final proof for approval.

We will not print your order until you approve the proof. Simply review the proof and approve or indicate any necessary changes by replying to the e-mail. Once you approve the proof, the wrappers will be printed and personalized as you have indicated, you will no longer be able to make changes.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?
Yes, we are a licensed business and are required to do so.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, or credit cards via paypal. You can pay with a credit card through paypal even if you don't have a paypal account.

Are there any set-up fees involved with my order?
Only for the importing of a logo or picture, which involves an additional $5.00 set-up fee.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Most orders are ready within one week or less, however, larger orders or photo importing may take more time.

What is your refund policy?
Trendy Wraps offers a conditional refund policy on all purchases. Our product is a personalized item, and the customer can have whatever they would like printed or imported on the wrapper. If there is a printing mistake made by us, we will either reprint the wrappers to the customer's specifications, or refund the purchase price. No refunds are made for any other reason, as each product is individually personalized.
